Brow FAQs
-
The frequency of brow maintenance depends on individual hair growth and personal preference. Generally, most clients come in every 4-6 weeks to maintain their desired shape.
-
A Brow Wax focuses on creating a customized shape by removing unwanted hair and enhancing your natural brow structure. Tint and Hybrid Dye enhance color, definition, and fullness by adding pigment to the brow hairs and (with hybrid dye) temporarily staining the skin for a more defined look. Brow Lamination restructures and sets the brow hairs into a lifted, fuller, and more polished style.
-
Brow lamination is a semi-permanent styling treatment that transforms your current brows into your dream brows. This service works with the existing hair to reshape and enhance the brows, and is suitable for most brow types, including thin, unruly, or sparse brows. It lasts 6-8 weeks depending on upkeep. When performed correctly and paired with proper aftercare, brow lamination is a safe service. However, it may not be recommended for individuals with extremely sensitive skin or certain skin conditions. During your appointment, we'll determine whether you're a good candidate for the treatment.
Facials & Skincare FAQs
-
Absolutely! Personalized skincare guidance is one of my favorite parts of what I do. After assessing your skin type, concerns, lifestyle, and goals, I can recommend professional products that are compatible with your routine and support your skin’s needs — whether your focus is hydration, anti-aging, sensitivity, acne support, or overall skin health.
-
It's best to arrive with clean skin, free of makeup and skincare products. Avoid exfoliating or using harsh treatments for a few days before your facial to prevent irritation
-
Regular facials help to deep-cleanse the skin, remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and promote cell turnover, resulting in a brighter, smoother complexion. They can also target specific skin concerns like acne, dehydration, or aging. Most guests benefit from a facial every 4–6 weeks, though recommendations may vary based on your skin goals.
-
No need to stress! We will discuss your skin concerns, goals, and current routine to help determine the best treatment for your skin.

Waxing FAQs
-
Pain tolerance varies from person to person, but many clients describe waxing as a quick discomfort followed by relief. The sensation can be likened to a quick pinch as the wax is applied and removed. However, as a licensed esthetician, we are trained to minimize discomfort as much as possible, and we offer gentle wax formulas suitable for sensitive skin to help ensure a more comfortable experience.
-
Hair should generally be about the length of a grain of rice (approximately ¼ inch) for the best results.
-
Certain skincare products and medications can thin the skin or increase sensitivity, making waxing unsafe in some areas. Please inform me of any retinol, prescription acne medications, exfoliants, or active skincare products you are using before your appointment so I can determine the safest approach for your skin.
